Ashlea’ is often one of the first friendly faces or voices our clients encounter at Aim. As our Administrative Assistant, she keeps our front desk running smoothly and plays an especially important role during income tax season: helping clients check in, answering calls, processing returns, coordinating details, and keeping things moving during our busiest time of year.

Cheerful, encouraging, and genuinely kind, Ashlea’ has a natural way of making people feel welcome and cared for. She has a huge heart for both our clients and her teammates and is someone who notices the little things—whether that means remembering a detail, offering a helping hand, or simply making sure someone feels seen and valued.

Outside of work, Ashlea’ loves spending time with her family, including her teenage daughter, her longtime partner, and his two kiddos, whom she loves as her own. Her love language is food, and she loves making the people in her life feel cared for through homemade cooking and baking. She’s also a devoted dog mom to Nubs, her very loved special-needs three-legged Chihuahua.

When she’s not feeding or taking care of the people (and pup!) she loves, you’ll likely find Ashlea’ cozied up with a good show or movie, enjoying some sour candy, or embracing her love of all things spooky, especially anything The Nightmare Before Christmas.
